Delivery was fast. The package was whole, the hat moved the trip, everything would be fine if not for the unstitched edges. It took ages to actually ship. I paid extra for faster shipping but the processing time pretty much negated that anyway. I love the hat. it came well packaged inside a balloon with another bag of air inside it. it made it all the way to New Zealand without damage.

The hat is large, but the size is adjustable with a rope, after tightening it really holds well on the head. An extremely unpleasant moment is the seam that goes near the edge of the fields of the hat, in one place, for literally a couple of centimeters, wrinkles. But for its cost it is forgiving. I’ll wear it.
